1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RosterClash (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

2. Service Description

RosterClash is a fantasy football content platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized images, avatars, and matchup graphics for fantasy football leagues. The Service integrates with ESPN to fetch league data and uses AI models to create customized visual content based on user-provided photos and league information.

3. Account Registration

To use RosterClash, you must create an account using your email address. Account authentication is managed through Supabase. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.

4. Payment and Credits

RosterClash offers paid subscription tiers and a credit-based system for purchasing AI-generated content. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
• Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis as specified at purchase
• Credits purchased separately do not expire while your account remains active
• All sales are final; refunds are issued at RosterClash's sole discretion and only for unused credits or subscription periods

RosterClash reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice to existing subscribers.

5. AI-Generated Content

RosterClash uses AI models to generate avatars, matchup images, and other visual content from user-uploaded photos. By uploading photos and requesting AI-generated content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated images are stylized representations and may not accurately resemble the subjects of uploaded photos
• RosterClash does not guarantee any specific likeness, accuracy, or quality of AI-generated output
• Generated images are intended for entertainment purposes within the context of fantasy football leagues
• You will not use AI-generated content for purposes that violate applicable laws or the rights of others

6. ESPN Data Integration

RosterClash integrates with ESPN to retrieve fantasy football league data. By connecting your ESPN account, you authorize RosterClash to access your ESPN fantasy football data on your behalf using credentials you provide (such as ESPN SWID and S2 cookies). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share this access. RosterClash is not affiliated with or endorsed by ESPN.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to RosterClash. By uploading content, you grant RosterClash a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploaded photos solely for the purpose of generating AI images as requested. Generated images are stored in your account and are accessible to you. We do not sell your uploaded content to third parties.

Data retention: your uploaded photos and generated images are retained while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion.

8. Intellectual Property

RosterClash and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RosterClash and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of photos you upload. AI-generated images produced by the Service are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use within your fantasy football league. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim exclusive rights to AI-generated images.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RosterClash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. RosterClash's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RosterClash in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

RosterClash may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or other reasons at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

RosterClash reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
